Spinal Mobility Exercises

If you think that spinal mobility is something you’re either born with or not, you need to think again!

Spinal mobility plays a more significant role in our well-being than we may realise. The good mobility can help reduce joint pain, carry pain all over the body in balance, and enables us to move freely and easily. With good flexibility, the blood circulation in your body gets improved and also helps in preventing some major illnesses including kidney problems and diabetes.

When talking about chiropractic care, this spinal mobility exercise is an awesome addition after you get your chiropractic adjustments. It is called the happy cat, sad cat.

This is a great exercise to do in the morning and you can improve your mobility.

  • Start it by bringing your body up and down, 10 of each direction.
  • Keep breathing.
  • The next movement is the side bends. Bring your shoulder towards your hip and the other side. Again 10 on each to each side.
  • Bend one arm and keep the other one straight, using your head to follow in the direction that you are twisting. And to the other side, 10 of each.

We hope that you find this exercise helpful and add it to your daily exercises.
